Posting your pictures in our photo gallery is the most efficient way to communicate with the warehouse technicians, or anyone involved across the country who can help.  Once posted, anyone in our warehouse has instant access to view the part and the info you decide to post with it.  

Everyone can interact with this as well, by posting comments with information about availability as it progresses.  Its also a nice way to see who else is looking for something similar.  There may already be a solution available, and this will help us find one if there isn't. 

 You will need to create a login account, and all that is needed is a valid emaill address to create a username and password.

Its best to create an account with an email.  Although you can certainly create without one, you will not be notified when we post comments about your pics, or information about how to solve the problem.  You can always come back here to check your postings as well.

Because this is a Fashion Driven Industry, the original makers produce a new style every few years and discard any left over inventory from old styles.  Because the parts are no longer in production, the original makers will offer guarantee work on blinds less than 3 years (most, not all) in the form of sending a small repair kit with a couple of brackets and assorted components to burn off the rest of their stock of old parts.

In most industries, any manufacturer is required to make parts available for years after models are taken out of production. (appliances, vehicles etc.) The window covering industry does not require parts to be available for more than about a year.  When you have custom built shades or blinds being discontinued after a short period of time, you have a lot of unavailable parts that are now in demand.  Its all based on fashion.

During upload, you'll have the option to upload from your computer, or type in a direct url address.  Do not worry about the thumbnail image.  Those will automatically be created, as long as you upload the image.  Give the image a name, and a short description to help us determine what it is.  Max file size is about 1 meg per picture and a pixel resolution of 600 x 600.
